Customization Process
1. Communication Needs
If available, please send us your custom package design in AI, PSD, PDF format. And tell us the shape, size, material, thickness, color,logo, etc. We will produce high-quality products in accordance with your needs. If not available, let’s discuss them step by step. We can help to draw the artwork accordingly and suggest the material structure.
Bag type reference：stand-up pouches, square bottom bags, zipper bags, flat pouches ( 3 sides seal bags), mylar bags, special shape bags, back centre seal bags and side gusset bags.
2. Confirm Product Details
A. First approve the artwork, including the bag size and the design layout.
B. Confirm the material structure, order quantity and the delivery time.
3. Order Placed and Deposit Effected
After the design plan is confirmed, we will sign a formal order with you and require you to pay a deposit.
4. Printing and Bag Making
After receiving the deposit, we will arrange printing and bag making immediately. During the production process, we will maintain communication with you and report the progress to you in a timely manner.
5. Quality Inspection
We will conduct strict testing and quality inspection to ensure that the quality of the products meet your requirements.
6. Logistics
We will communicate with you again to confirm the delivery time.
7. After Sales Service
Provide high quality after sales service, please contact us anytime if necessary.
